This guy claims a working setup:

7.07 Volt DC and 0.1 amp

I'm sure that is just picking up emf from house wiring and radio signals.  No magic there.  Very very little power.  The teslasecret.us site is hogwash.  Look around here and you'll find the book they are selling.  It's worthless.  I hate to see Tesla's name being used in scams like this.
