Title: Z5 -lost cost fuel saver results
Post by: ashtweth_nihilisti on September 01, 2011, 07:26:45 PM
Hi All, we have done many tests with this modification  and will have a summery video of them soon. Also going to publish our open source mods and more testing with the gas splitting. In this test He is getting around 10$ back at fill up, (13% decrease in fuel consumption.)others are saving around the same even in trucks report soon. Looks like one of the lowest cost mods, set and forget, sadly is not open source. However we will have a report on the best open source mods soon.

Hi Dave ,  thanks for that, note the tornado works different to the Z5, the tornado redistributes the air, the Z5 changes the molecular structure of the air  ;), its an apple and an orange. :)

Hi Ash
I thought the Tornado looked a bit tinny.Do you know how it changes the
molecular structure  of the air? Are there any test results to show that it does change the air ? ,it would be easy to do,just do sampling using a Mass Spectrometer.

esto seria como los famosos imanes de neodimio en la manguera de la gasolina toca ver si este dispositivo ioniza el aire que ingresa al sistema de injection del vehiculo si es asi se podria mas bien colocar un ionizador electronico que son muy baratos en el mercado

http://www.aguayaire.com/ionizadores.htm

This would be like the famous neodymium in gasoline hose gets to see if this device ionizes the air entering the injection system of the vehicle if so it could put an ionizer rather mail that are very cheap in the market

Its seam that the device is just to purify the inside air from the car, I dont think the device will ionize enought air for air intake

What we need is where we can buy the z5 material in sheet, its not cheap 300$, if the device was at a decent prize (<100), I dont want to pay much and be deceived...

You cannot buy the sheet, it has a proprietary way of stooping oxidation, plus its not 300 and the device pays itself off in no time not to mention the wear and tear aspect of you engine ,, the certified documentation of the 1200HP Diesel saving was 8-9%, you know how much fuel that  is, know how much they paid it self off in the first run.

You need to re evaluate this fuel saver my friend

I finally found how its made lol, copper with maybe silver but I guess its only copper just as the look at it

QuoteAbstract --  The present invention provides an air supply assembly for providing air to an energy heat converter, the air supply assembly comprising an air inlet opening; an air outlet opening; and a metal element positioned in an air flow path between the air inlet opening and air outlet opening, wherein, when air which flowed through the metal element is used for combustion in the energy converter, the thermal efficiency of the energy converter increases, the fuel consumption of the energy converter is reduced and/or the air pollution created by the energy converter is reduced. The present invention also provides a method for reducing fuel consumption of an energy converter and a method for reducing air pollution created by an energy converter, the method comprising passing air through a metal element and using the air for combustion in the energy converter.
Description --
"Metal element 200 (Fig. 3)... may be made of various kinds of metals, such as copper, with or without thin coating of other material such as silver, gold or the like...
"Metal elements may be made of various materials or combinations of materials. metal elements may include, for example, solid copper, solid copepr laminated with gold with thickness of, for example, 80 micrometers, solid copper with presensce of solid bulk of gold, copper coated with thin layer of solver [ sic -- silver ? ] and/or palladium and/or platinum or all of the above mentioned in other physical forms similar to mesh...
"From the... various types of test parameters it is clearly shown that the efficiency of the production of thermal energy... is improved from about 10% to about 50%. The overall pollution... of exhaust gases has improve in the range of about 20% to about 66% and the specific pollution [ SO2 / SO3, NOx, and CO ] are mostly in the range of 10% to 50% of improvement..."

with cheap copper sheet like this: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/0-1-200mm-Copper-foil-Copper-tape-Copper-Strip-3m-pc/602704466.html?s=p (http://www.aliexpress.com/item/0-1-200mm-Copper-foil-Copper-tape-Copper-Strip-3m-pc/602704466.html?s=p)

you can make better then a z5 since you will cover more in the intake :)

Someone know another place to buy copper sheet? ideally I would like 1 feet of around 15-20cm sheet, not 3m :) like the link

I would like to test this instead of the z5 overpriced fuel saver device.
