Carbon zinc AA cells are renewable but not recharable as
their chemistry works in only one direction. There certainly
are six volt carbon/zinc composite batteries.

How a battery company decides to allocate subpartition cells
to create to create their six volt batteries is their problem.
They might use AA cell size as subpartitions or they might not.
There certainly is no rule that they have to use AA cells.
Just because one could be created that way doesn't mean
they all are.
So I think your posting does not reperesent fact.

There is a reason that was done by "Gag Films" as it was meant as a joke.
There is also a video of a car battery holding hundreds of AA batteries and that one was a hoax as well.
