Just bought and checked out this neat '99 computer CD video of Australians talking metals shop, on water cell for car , showing parts, tests done, set up, and has 2 videos of cars running on "small" size water cell - improved hydrogen generator, fuel on demand. Secrets revealed.
The later part of video is on the other type -Joe cell design, along with some Meyer background data.
CD sold on E bay - check for "hydrogen generator" the one with the Meyer cell photo being used for the ad, (seller dlpal33) Purchase, and make sure your computer speakers are working.
