Volts are not energy. Amps are not energy. Volts times amps are not energy. Power is not energy, and time is not energy.
Any of the quantities above (except energy) can be manipulated, magnified, amplified, whatever.... and the increase will come at the "expense" of some of the other quantities. Energy, though, is always conserved.... so far.
So long as people don't understand the difference between Volts, Amps, Power, and Energy.... people will continue to perpetrate and fall for scams like what's shown in the video and the "book". And they'll continue wasting time on schemes that cannot possibly work, like gravity motors or pulsed inductors.
And energy will continue to be conserved.... except for that which is wasted, rebuilding old devices that can't work, over and over again.
