i guess not. i also made plans to go there. however New Energy Congress is planning to send someone to germany to check the machine. see the following;
June 15, 2006 * Mike Brady agreed to have a member of the New Energy Congress come see his motor under NDA and validate it. Tentatively scheduled for July 1-2. Yes, I received my money back.
At least they are honest and besides they are very friendly (what I can say from the e-mails).
