In A the magnets are pulled in.
In B the plates are pulled together.
In C the magnets turn 90 degrees and separate the two plates by repulsion.
In D the air gap is filled by the bar and it is actually pulled in forming a pseudo solid.
In E the magnets are removed from the plates assembly.
In F the cycle is ready to repeat but in the opposite direction.
Thats 4 positive work cycles and 1 negative.
