This is AMAZING how he can light up 12 BULBS with a simplified kind of TPU.
He calls it a modified Joule Ringer.

Does anyone know how we can get a circuit diagram (or schematic) for this?

While it's nice for its efficiency, it's a common Joulethief setup. I guess we've had that in here a hundred times and it is by no means free energy, neither will it fullfill what everyone needs (which is a generator that is able to power a motor). No JT has achieved that yet. Also I hope you've regarded the fact, that he lights LED bulbs and not the kind of bulbs which have a hot wire in it.
