Has anyone seen this video? Any replications out there? It is another video that appears too good to be true.

It appears to spin by itself and also puts out like 2.5 volts.

Great video, but I think its a fake why?
1. I don't see this magnet on ebay
2. He reply to question but never say a good response, like where I can find this magnet, reply:
Check the web page for ins and outs
3. And I think i am the only one that see that, look the nail, when he use his hammer, the nail length are like 2.5 the wood block, now
when he show with the coil the nail are more down, instead of 2.5 outside its more like 1.5, the nail are prob near to the other side and
they are probably touching a battery underneath

Thanks for the reply. Yes, a battery connected to the nails would seem to do it. If it were me....and it really did work, I would have picked up the block and showed the underside as well as walked around the room with it spinning. So, it could just be a coil spinning due to a hidden battery, and the magnet, a normal one, might explain the output shown by the rotating coil.
We will see.
Thank you,
Bill
The Guy`s a magician, nuff said.
He's a bad actor first of all, his reactions are too corny and cheesy at best. And what happened to common sense? A current is generated in an open circuit, really people...really?
And like Lakes already said:
QuoteHi, I'm Walt Noon and this is my Magic and INVENTION website. I am a full time freelance magician and inventor.
This is just your typical showmanships hoax.
Hi Bill and ALL,
I saw from his other videos and his website that he is a magician, so I assume this is just a fake...with 2 hidden AA batteries inside the stand, so it gets 2.5 Volts..
The only thing that makes me go "Hmm" , is how he made the voltage disappear, when the coil jumped off the nails and he still touched the nails...
If the battery would have been connected to the 2 nails the voltage would be still there, when the rotor coil still has flown off...
But he didn´t seem to react that fast to remove the measurement tips... Hmm...
But maybe he had somebody there who helped him switch on/off the hidden voltage source via an external switch ?
I guess he just wants to have free visitors to his website to get booked as a magician and get some Adsense clicks from the ads
he has put up there...
He now also has a new video with a circuit with 2 batteries and a switch that behaves the other way around.
Probably an circuit inside the bulb holder that sense the switch polariry and runs on a hidden buttom cell...

Regards, Stefan.
It sure looked like the coil slowed well before he mentioned it and the 'resulting' voltage drop.
Someone brought this video up elsewhere. It took me all of 5 minutes to find the guy who did the video and an exact description of how it was FAKED by the guy who did it including pictures. Sorry I don't have the link at the moment but it definitely was batteries hidden in the base of the wood piece. He is a magician and it IS a trick.
A little fuzzy but you have to pay for access to better pics/info on these tricks
E2:
Thanks...it figures. Oh well....like i had said...it seems to be too good to be true and....ha ha.
