I can say without even looking a couple things about it as I have used it extensively for close to 40 years.  It's silicone and and some other compound that forms acetic acid (which is like vinegar) as soon as it sees air.  Don't inhale it but I've used it in enclosed spaces before without a problem as long as you don't overdo it.  There may be other ingredients depending on the brand but I think that's the main ingredients.

Different forms of it. The particular company brand name will have an msds sheet on it.

This msds is for rtv 450
