I saw the following video on Google:

It shows Perendev motor seemingly working. Is this possible? I noticed that apparently this video was not noticed by your site or by any other site. Here it is.
Any comments?
This is the "old"-only permanent magnets motor, also
with more details explained through Calloway !
Perendev/Mike Brady wants now to commerce an
electro-/permanent-magnet motor !

You can see, that it is not working this way. It is not accelerating, when Allen
puts the stator around it.. It slows down.
its seam to turn very well with the help of hand :)
but like hartiberlin say, its slow down when he put the stator around it, so its not like the one we see (old video), its not free energy, need your hand to turn, what a motor, hand energy, new kind of energy?!!
did they ever have their "public" showing that they were selling tickets for? Last I heard they missed the commit date, and left a lot of people and investors very disappointed...i'm guessing it doesn't work as well as they claim...

lol. I would take this replication with a pinch of salt and not as any kindof validification of weither Mike Brady's design works or not, seeing as Sterling Alan seems to have a configuration that isn't anything like perendevs.
The magnets are tiny, the spacings don't look the same and I think he stated he set it up to attract and repel, when Mike Brady uses the repulsion alone. It's more sensible to wait till we see any footage of Brady's new design before we assess the validity of the claim, otherwise it is just pure speculation.
Hi
you might be waiting for a while given his past form.

The top video on the right sidebar.
It uses clam shell like closing on angular mounted magnets and does speed up. I don't know the top speed. But that doesn't matter.
You put coils in the vicinity around the outside edges and with the right amount of turns ratio you will get power for free.
Don't condem the smallest steps or we may never walk on our own. ;)
If we complain about the darkness we will miss the sun rise.
This video is probably faked,
otherwise he would have shown it from all sides with no
problems as in this videos.
yep i am sure perendev never worked, we never see a video showing the motor work (all at once)
just seeing half of the engine mean on the hided part something is going on....
he want sell motor but he dont have a finished motor, not even a motor from the factory, i dont think
poeples will pay 25k to get a motor made of cutting board

I agree with giantkiller. It is worth looking into.

this device was driven from an external motor on the left side (during it was running?).
possibly it was not "shown" on video .....

I think the first person to get one working is going to have a webcam trained on their device night and day to prove it. Showing all kinds of measuring equipment connected.
Brady says he is building a web site dedicated to replication of his motor. It is supossed to be online sometime in March.

My thoughts exactly. They never did a complete walk-around on the motor. If you wanted to prove you had a working motor you would show it from every angle without cutting away.
Perendev has a habit of not showing the whole picture in their videos. Take this video for example:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=PFGiWiXMHn0
Their job of splicing the two recordings together is almost comical.
if you listen to the interview you will hear he says" the less people believe this is real the better it is for me, I don't have the capacity to produce vast amounts of engines ".
http://blog.360.yahoo.com/Factuurexpress?p=5767
Also, 300 kw is an insane claim. If he wasn't for real he wouldn't have to exaggerate that ridiculously. Compare it to 100 windmills.
He claims to have installed 64 units, the German government is a customer.
You get to inspect the unit before they install it, it's a 5 year lease with a service contract. So, if it doesn't work they have to service it. The units are locked and have a GPS security system.
It can never take long for a happy or disappointed customer to show up.
Yeah but he apparently will be producing vast amounts of engines soon, with support and donations from visitors like you :D
Look everyone, it's one of those anonymous troll people. And he is talking about me again. HOW OBVIOUS!!
I read your previous posts, you seem to cheer failure.
I'm sorry I don't think your stalking me is going to work on me.
Please go bother some-one else.
bye bye
Ok, when I said "visitors like you" I didn't mean you in particular. I'm very skeptical and I disprove of scammers like perendev. As far as cheering failure, I would like to see nothing more than perendev's motor actually work. Until then, he should stop taking people's money.
And since when does one reply vouch as stalking? ::)

And if anyone wants to cheer failure, CHEER ME !!!! I've screwed up lotsa things ;D
Have a good day

Yeah most of my posts consist of me telling someone why their idea won't work. Many people get pissed off and tell me I am discouraging or counterproductive. I think that waisting your time and money in building(or investing) a bad machine is counterproductive. If I can tell you why it won't work then I might save you some time and money. ;)
I would love for someone to look at my two designs I submitted and be able to tell me how they might fail, as it might save me time in building it, or help me improve the design-both ways I will learn something.

All I'm quite sure of is that this motor works when he accelerate the rotor by hand. You can easily hear that the motor is slowing down when it runs by itself. The rotor is heavy, so it just takes some time to stop it. It is just a complex manually spinning wheel, and it simply don't work by its own.

All, checkout this video.
This guy got the Perendev motor to work selfrunning.

A friend of mine built this motor and I had it in my lab for a while. It was built differently so variations could be made. Like all the Brad replicas it does not run for long. The energy used to pull the stator in is what makes it spin in the first place. Sorry no cigar.

Thank you, the young man has a passion for this and good skills ,it is good to see.
Hopefully he has a very bright future .
He seems unaware of his achievement [questions his success because it stops] ,but he is aware of how to make it much better
hopefully it is a sincere presentation ?
just proving what he has shown would be quite amazing indeed !
thanks

Interesting video and looks like he put a lot of time and effort into this but the obvious question is if he had just taken a heavy Metal disc without any magnets and stuck a shaft through the middle then provided the same amount of force to spin it, would the metal disk have spun longer ?
Oddly snuff
I wonder if his heartbeat (thru his firm pressing hand) could be contributing to this in some way ?
He might not even be aware ?? He has soo much loss in the systems wiggly design...(he does know this)
Yes a nice clean bearing on a precision machined shaft with similar weight would spin for half an hour.
But that's not what's going on here,it obviously stops rather quickly when it doesn't sink up..
Could also be some mechanical ossilation contributing ?
Perhaps Stefan can ask him to add a few variants to the test,as I saw he mentioned heat ?
That would be good to see?
Of course, some of us are truly cheering for the young man!!
Chet K
Congratulations! An excellent demonstration of the fact that a heavy rotor on good bearings can spin for quite a while, and that clever video editing can make this time seem even longer than it really is!
Good find on the video.
Points of interest for me are the bloch wall magnets facing the full polarity of the other magnets. Looks similar to the Howard Johnson design. The wobble of the rotor may help create a necessary imbalance. He shows good details on how he built it.
Points of less interest. I understand the video editing while he's talking into the camera but I'd like to see none of it during the actual demonstration. A run up test of a rotor with and without magnets would be nice to see which one spins longer and which one provides more force while spinning.
Geeze!
The guy is looping the "running" part of the video and is doing a voice-over which was added later when editing. This does 2 things, it shows the motor "running" while dropping the audio from that part so we do not hear it spinning down, and, he can talk during the video cuts which makes it look like it is running a lot longer as if he were talking live. He was not. You can hear the different audio qualities from just before this part and during this part and then right after this part.
So, I loop my video like 20 times and then add my voice talking during this part later and that way you think since I was talking, that means the video had to run continuously...but it did not.
I have very nice speakers on my computer system so it was easy to hear but I think any decent speaker will demonstrate this as well.
This was a poorly done fake.
Bill
PS The audio quality difference comes from the fact that the regular part of his video used the mike on his camera and the edited part used his computer mike...big difference there.
