Hello! I was wondering why I couldn't find anything related to "Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Claus W. Turtur" We owe a hell of a lot to him for publishing the complete theory - with experimental practical evidence - open-source-style! On his website

well, thanks for the reply! I tried the forum-search "tutur" and and it got me only 2 results - which kindly said aren't what I was looking for. But that still doesn't explain why no one ever get to build this - after all he passed along some pretty descriptive pdf's, so that the onnly thing needed here would be some skilled & willed workers! ;) Wish you all the best!

I saw a video on youtube in which Dr Claus Turtur demonstrated his proof of concept of his overunity machine. Its dated Dec 2013 and is in English language.

Has someone on overunity.com replicated it. The concept looks similar to Dr Harold Aspden's patent, however the device is different. Both talked of using very high voltage DC pulses to activate the system and get a tremendously high energy output.
Turtur also talks about another machine in which rotating a magnet to very high rpms, several tens of thousands and use of a coil of about 1700 turns and capacitors to get many times energy output.
Just wanting to make this thread alive as Turtur has open sourced his technology and is not a greedy man like other free energy inventors like Steven Mark and Kapanazde etc.
And as per the info available, the machines are not complex to make.

Well well well, millions of posts on various forums and not a single working OU device. This guy in the video (magnet motor) shows at least a working miniature model. An egg on the face of the fakes like RomeroUK and Mylow. At least this guy doest cry the MIB supression.
Turtur has not been proven a fraud so far. At least not on google search.
Does his electrostatic motor work on biefield-brown effect in reverse direction ?
What is your take on the magnet motor video ?

Well, saw jimboot2 videos as well, he doesnt use a magnet but still getting output. Dunno whether overunity or not as he never showed power measurements.
I feel more thought and work is needed before dimissing the theory of Tutur.

Turtur motor works by delay of propagation of electrostatic field. Electrostatic DC field irradiate itself at speed of light. That
implies that when negative charge approaches static positive charge and pass it in near miss flight - negative charge is more

Language is German. It is as it says some Bedini motor version. No Turtur mentioned.No overunity either. He says that his lamp is powered without draining akku. There is no current measurement and voltage on both akumulators were lower at very end of test. After a while akumulators recovered their nominal voltage. There is no moving parts and annoying noise comes from piezo speakers between coils. Maybe I missed something to mention, but it's it in general
