Does anyone perhaps have the file VTA3.zip as (was) downloadable at JLN labs website?
The file contains the full diagrams, photos and detailed documents about the design (with COP of +-115000)
The link points to this site and would seem to be broken...

There is the Sweet-VTA yahoo group and in its Files section you can find them:

Greetings Hartiberlin,
I've tried to download this file, but forum website just won't let me do it. Is it possible to upload it somewhere else? Like Mega filehosting service or elsewhere? I've been conducting some research over SSG and the rest of oscillating generators this year and came to some conclusions I wanted to test in experiment. Sweet's VTA seems to be a macro model of the way atomic hydrogen torch works (recombination of hydrogen into molecule and release of aetheric particles, then separation and etc). That torch only been mentioned once by one person looking for UFO scrap parts. Anyway, I think Kapanadze device has similar stuff hidden in his green box, some old vacuum triods purchasable in Tesla times could simulate similar effects (they were removed from shops since then). Vacuum gives space to more aetheric particles to interact with the field. Parametric oscilaltion or any kind of self oscillation will further reduce the input required to run this device. Wireless interaction with Earth's field might work too. That's pretty much it.
