Title: Reduced Cross Section Pseudo Solid Transfer, proof of overunity from magnets
Post by: gammarayburst on March 23, 2013, 11:57:23 AM
The attached drawing is not of a practical machine but of the basic operating principle. If anyone is not familiar with magnets moving in a Pseudo Solid fashion then please look at the many video's on the LaFonte Group site on Youtube. If the magnets have a .005" or less space between it's pole ends and the iron bar surface and the magnet is in the exact middle of the space between the bars then the magnet "floats" and can be moved drag free with the slightest force. We have shown this over and over agian in video and can be replicated at home with ease. The reduced cross section of the bridge and the magnets being in thin multiple sections of same size allows for the bar sets to be seperated with 1/16 the work that the bars produce when when they are pulled together in step one.
Thanks,
Butch LaFonte

Section "A" will fall off when #1 magnets are transfered to "B" section because the flux becomes isolated in section "B".
This is because flux takes the path of least resistance which is straight from magnets #1 to magnet #2. This is shown in our video on Youtube.

This can work in an attraction mode also.

gammarayburst,

This is indeed an interesting area of research.

Tampering with the flux patterns opens up a complex domain of electromagnetic interference geometry, and may be the correct approach in attaining the needed breach in the magnetic field balance.

It makes me think of the technique used by permanent magnetic lifters. Some has a capacity to lift up to nine thousand kilos of metal weight and the enormous attraction just as easily released by a simple twist of a handle, neutralizing the attractive force by effectively short circuiting the huge neodynium magnet inside.

I did some working with such lifters, and was amazed that the incredible strength of the magnet so easily was canceled out by turning the handle with almost no force.

Short circuiting flux patterns may be essentiqal in braking the magnetic equilibrium. Once the resultant field balance is broken, the road to magnetic motors are open.

Gwandau,
I agree. What makes this work is using the Pseudo Solid movement of the magnets from one element to another because the air gap problem is by-passed and when a high aspect ratio magnet is used the magnet end is so small that the work needed to seperate the two is a small fraction of the work done when the two elements are pulled to each other or repelled from each other. I have not had a negative test yet with this procedure. I see the magnet motor or generator problem as solved at this point.
