This effect has long been known. I and others I'm sure, have experimented with stainless materials which show strong near surface attraction to one another with little attraction to the parent magnet. A 'relatively' efficient way to extract energy from such a system, would be to arrange stainless rods or wafers, wrapped in induction coils such that they are staggered in configuration. As the wrapped wafers/rods enter the parent field, going no closer to the parent magnet's surface than is necessary, (sweet spot) the coils are pulsed by the greater field density momentarily arising near the surface of the satellite magnets, and the penalty for interacting with the parent field can be reduced. Perhaps an interleaved arrangement of stainless material and copper windings such that the surface areas are maximized and the copper is largely contained inside the stainless would be beneficial here. A purely mechanical setup is fraught with challenges. Again, the far field leverage/near field pickup dichotomy is displayed....and it is here that true gains can be made.

TK do you see any potential in what he is describing? I was aware of the effect he shows but had not thought of how it could be used. I get a hazy idea of it's potential but the few minutes I looked at it I couldn't quite picture how it could be useful. Which is why I'd like to know where his blog is that he says has drawings of how it can be used. He seemed mostly interested in getting his name on the effect but so far I don't see exactly how it can be real world useful.

The guy is simply not understanding what he is observing. It's a quite common occurrence, see my comment on the "Magnet motor that works" thread.
Two pieces of paramagnetic material will become attracted to each other if they are in a magnetic field as the guy demonstrates. Whatever energy you "gain" by the attraction between the two disks has to be "paid back" when you have to pull the two disks apart. Net zero.
It's the same old goose chase.

I one keeps chasing geese, then one should expect goose eggs. If however, one is chasing low cost, efficient magnetic induction....one could do much worse than to pursue a material that produces a relatively dense near surface sympathetic flux field in the presence of a host flux field to which it is hardly attracted!
It's all about near field density, surface area, and field orientation. Consider graphene and a host of 'nano' tech materials which maximize surface area.

We are not far at all from a nano material which produces copious amounts of electricity simply by being in the presence of a magnetic field.
If one thinks on it long enough, one will come to the realization that we've been 'brute forcing' the production of electricity by magnetic induction from the beginning through the present. On a nano scale, much, much more can be done.

Making "copies" doesn't prove anything, you should take screenshots. As soon as you start taking screenshots, the "edits" will go right away, guaranteed. Because you see.... they are all in your paranoid mind anyway. Nobody but you is editing your posts.
Perhaps you are privy to some form of wormholing web bot that causes the copy and paste function of one's keyboard to retain a fully highlighted text field, while selectively removing characters from the original? I have had all manner of interference and intrusions which run the gamut. My intrusion detection logs read like a who's who of alphabet soup.
Tk, no offense, but your lethargic ass umptions precede you, as usual. I would admonish you to think things through before you post, but as you and I both know, that ship has sailed, sunk, and been salvaged for a marginal loss, quite some time ago.
And just because I'm paranoid, doesn't mean they're not out to 'get' you too. (another ship that's sailed?) Of course, it seems readily apparent to one that has endured such antics and much, much more over the years......that the reason it doesn't happen to you is that you've simply nothing deemed by the 'adjustment bureau' as too inspirational to add to the knowledge pool.
