Hey, I thought I posted this but I cannot find it, so I think it wasn't successfully posted.

Anyway, What do you guys think about this design and is anyone interested in, or have any suggestions for testing one (in real life or computer CAD simulation)?

Force is not energy, power is not energy, and the term "patent pending" has a specific legal meaning in the USA. I don't know about elsewhere.

This patent refers to "perpetual motion" which according to the USPTO cannot be patented. See: http://www.uspto.gov/inventors/patents.jsp#heading-3

I'm not so much conncerned about whether or not the patent is legitimate, I couldn't care less.

I'm more concerned with whether it will work or not.
