I am proposing a free energy device that uses magnetism to create electricity. The electromagnetic generator would consist of two parts, one being a centrifuge designed to maintain momentum and the other being a turbine.
The centrifuge would be designed to use electromagnetic pulses to rotate a magnetic wheel and create centrifugal force which will be utilized as torque on the axis to rotate a turbine. I have detailed my ideas here: http://www.theinternetprogrammer.com/electromagneticgenerator/
It's that simple. Please contact me or build one if this interests you.
@TheInternetProgrammer:
Interesting. :)
Please keep us posted as your experiments evolve and with the results. I'm especially interested in any "measurable" evidence you find of making it work.
Good luck!

Here's a video of the best electromagnetic pulse engine I've seen.

This video illustrates the efficiency of using electromagnetic power to create momentum. My idea is use a similar machine as a centrifuge to rotate a turbine. The principle difference is in the use of centrifugal force. I suggest rotating on a horizontal plane, extending the radius and adding weight to the wheel with a fixed axis attached to a turbine.
