Why not use a magnetic circ pump (which can deliver high volumes of water at high pressure consuming as little as 5 watts at the meter) to fire water through injectors at pelton wheels housed in pods above a main supply tank.
This is the working principle with over unity calculations in the about section of the video.

I have a diagram, full explanation and calculations should anyone wish to discuss the invention further.

You might want to read up on James Hardy's Self-Powered Water-Jet Generator.

I saw same principle before, and on that video it seemed to work aswell.
The video of the one I saw, looked funny though becuase he was almost ´clumsy´ with the water and electricity that it looked dangerous.
He added a lamp as load, a simple lamp, and replugged 240 volt on the closed loop section.
Result was it was almost falling still, then pulling trough. (Almost falling still because it was a manual switch of the cable instead a simple lamp switch).
How much you gain in here when on closed loop (self running) and then adding a load ?
Maybe try adding some 75 lamps (1, 1 at the time).
Also it seems the 'overunitiy' is gained from the gravity that pulls the water down.
You might want to make the boxes close able because of the water loss.
