Conceptually ,as a general idea , when you play seesaw (fulcrum,bar,two masses) , you apply the principle of variable / oscillatory leverage.
As you know , there are three classes of levers...the variable/oscillatory leverage , is alike...
Starting with this image , we can develop a variety of automat ("self") motion models , due to ("free falling") gravity unbalance...switching ,every half-turn ,the torque difference (gravity "push" ) on the same side of the fulcrum.
Enstenow , as I see , you have a proposal on this line...so , good luck for your test !

.....is a non difficult evolution , development of a simple machine (lever) into a self-moving simple machine , due to inertia and the continuous gravity unbalance.
Thinking about the millions and millions of existing seesaws (fulcrum +first class lever ) , we can use them as "frames" and play variable leverage , if we add :
-a stable/fixed mass (fixed on the constant arm).
-a sliding mass(oscillating to and fro ) on the variable arm.
Variable/oscillatory leverage is a natural phenomenon ( motion of the celestial bodies/masses) , ...and so , becomes a common "intellectual property"...
Because "they" stated the "impossibility" of this kind of motion /devices as "triple"...we can triple our designs (three kind of levers...variable/oscillatory leverage ) , also.

with that config ( brasetmanetonsxe1.jpg ), u can not get 180 degree cw and ccw rotation,
( pict 1 := green area cc, gray area ccw).
using 2 or 4 pendulum, approximately it will stop at red circle.

u still need to figure out the locking mechanism, point AB or BC ( pict 2), have to lock and release at the same time.

It seems that this topic develops himself , as a really "baby ideas" place or seesaw game.
Your design is intended to play variable/oscillatory motion due to gravity unbalance and inertia with a 2,3 class lever.
In my opinion ,you can make a target of a workable arrangement , if you will take some steps , begin to test it.
Simply , the play with the real physics , will open your mind ("eyes") for the appropriate steps of your "baby idea".
