A gas, at temperature T and pressure P is put inside a closed cylinder. The cylinder turn at very high angular velocity X, this create a differential pressure inside the cylinder. A black shape is inside the cylinder and fixed to it. The difference of pressure P2>P1 create a torque (or a linear velocity) and allow the cylinder to vibrate around Y, this recover energy from temperature with a piezo generator for example. Like cylinder turn like gas there is no friction from there. The black shape can turn like gas (fixed to the cylinder), this cause a vibration around Y. Sure vibration is higher to recover but piezo but it's not impossible. Here no friction. The energy is giving from the external wall of the cylinder.
If the system is big enough, radius of 20 m for example, the rotation must be something like 100 rpm. At this angular velocity it's possible to recover energy from mechanical system I think. this need blades for put the gas at good angular velocity (not in image).
The centripetal forces works or not ? There are perpendicular to the trajectory (gyroscope) but it seems to give a torque.
