Hello i just bought a new peltier and it has a 0.1 volts in output .. Is that normal ?
i usually see over the internet a 45mV output out of peltiers .. and mine is a TEC peltier so..
is my multimeter faulty ?

faulty no... It functions off of temperature difference on one side from the other side...
So at it's maximum it is going to produce that which may mean you need heat on one side and cold on the other... And that is underneath ideal conditions in a lab. So do not be supprised if you only clear 3-4mv. max I'm guessing it kinda like solar cells they are over rated its best if you get about 10 of these (I know eeek they are not cheap) but this should help your project.
