Photos aren't showing up anymore. Example Photo attached below, but not showing up.

I notified stefan about this a month ago, i'm using an ipad2 and before the ver. Of my ipad was 6.0 i can see all photos from all post, then an update came up and now it's ver. 7.0.4, now some of the post pics cannot be seen anymore, maybe this site needs to be upgraded?

I guess that Stefan changed the settings of this forum three days ago in such a way that images are not displayed any more (unless one clicks on the link to the image).
The reason might be to bring down traffic (the amount of bytes transmitted from the server which hosts this forum). The costs for hosting depend on traffic.
But only Stefan can explain what he has done and the reasons for it. I hope he does explain it.

Yea, I hope its just a problem that will be fixed. Sometimes I download a link and it fails. :-\
Also with going back over a page of a thread, we have to either refer to already downloaded pics, or redownload to makes sure of what was being said in a post.. :(

Yes, I changed it.
You just can still display it , if you click the image and then the download will
apear and it will open in your standrad image viewer like Irfanview, or other program.
I made this, so nobody can post huge picture sized to bring down the forum
with the white screen effect.
It is only a temporary solution, until the new forum software will be
implemented... Sorry, didn´t have yet time to work on this yet.

this ia all a bit annoying to first have to download the pics...
I will look for an image resizer plugin.
But I first need to test this with another forum.
