Is splitting an atom an OU event?
I mean ,it takes far less energy to split the atom,than is given back when split.
But how much energy did it take to make the atom in the first place-or were they made at all,or just alway existed?.

What about an I.C.E that split one atom at a time ,in each cylinder ?.
