New magnetic shielding material? The video was uploaded nearly three years ago. I have bunions that are newer than that.
I think you will find that bismuth and other diamagnetic materials do indeed interact with magnets nearby; it takes work to put them into the magnetic field, plus, if they are conductive, eddy currents will be induced in the material as you move it into and out of the field of the PMs, and the fields from the eddys will oppose your motion ... this is also a process that takes work away from your "output".
Good luck experimenting; your document is very well put together and well presented. If only the material actually worked as a true shield, instead of a mere partial deflector....

Even the stuff with the flashing "NEW" tag is from the summer of 2011, and this website page says it was last updated in July of 2011. I suppose the inventor is too busy raking in the cash to post updates on the website.

Indeed these materials (TS-5 and TS-9) seem to reduce the original strength of a magnetic field. However, what TinseKoala mentioned in his above post are valid and further hand-on tests with possessing such materials could reveal further useful info on how useful this material is. For instance, if you attempt to measure electical resistance between two close points anywhere on its surface area, that would be a useful info. And using a gauss meter or anything simple B field indicator to check the field strengths at sideways, behind it etc would also give useful info. Maybe you are already aware of such data. Also how can you obtain or maybe make (if possible) such material? Any ingredients needed for such new materials are known by you?

Your texts on the different material properties sound good but it is surely not so simple. The problem is that so far most of the known dia or paramagnetic materials have a permeability of very very near to unity i.e. very close to that of the air i.e. their effect is that of an air gap sized from the dia or paramagnetic material thickness in question.
