Take a few minutes and watch the link from Whoopies verification on this model presented in this topic.
It is my lack of knowledge that is was not presented correctly and I do NOT want you all to miss how important it is.

If what you are seeing appears to violate a wellknown and much confirmed physical law, it is _extremely likely_ that you are misinterpreting what you are seeing. Without experiments to _rule out_ all possible alternative explanations.... you or anyone else has no basis for claiming even a _potential_ violation of such laws.
There is nothing "unlawful" about either the famous Laithwaite demonstration, or Woopy's little device. You are not interpreting what you are seeing correctly, and there have been no experiments performed to rule out alternative explanations.
I have an apparatus here in my lab, that mechanizes the Laithwaite performance, using a 2.5 kg brass flywheel rotor that can be raised up from horizontal to high vertical by forced precession just as the Professor shows, using just a little continuous force not in the 'up' direction but in the precession direction. The most remarkable thing about this apparatus cannot be seen in any demonstrations I have encountered elsewhere, including the Professor's. The rotor _stays_ at the extreme "up" position without any further application of force, as long as the unit is rotating in the precession direction faster than "normal". It is truly uncanny, the closest thing to real "antigravity" that I've ever seen. However it is fully predicted by careful analysis of the system using normal physics, it is just highly and amazingly unintuitive. Unfortunately I can't show you a video of that particular apparatus, but here's a video of some early work I did leading up to my present apparatus.

Tinsel
Your Apparatus Makes me dizzy................
The Tinman had a device recently which he floated in water and when he turned it on
it raised up in the water a few inches, it was a black box Demo.
Why don't you do a Black box demo??
Thx for sharing .
Chet
PS
To be absolutely clear, just like your claim... no Laws broken.

That's not a bad idea. I should do an alt.snakeoil Video Report on a Black Box demo.
In case it's not clear from the video, there is a gyroscope on the end of the rocker arm and it's being rotated in a circle at right angles to its main axis by a little motor on the other end of the rocker arm. The rocker arm is statically balanced, as you can see. All the other motion is coming from the reaction forces caused by the gyroscope's forced precession, the only things driven are the gyro rotor itself inside its housing, and the rotation of the gyroscope caused by the external motor on the rocker arm.

Yeah and then we could gather one of those Crowds, ......around here its either "funds" or "Stones".
If you seem them gathering stones instead of funds you could pull out a red herring or
make a quick escape....

So you change RPM to tune? or some type of load ?
very impressive demo ,To bad you're such an honest fellow ,You could probably raise some nice scam money
and hideout on some sandy beach looking over your shoulder for the rest of your life....... :o
I actually have no idea how Scammers think. they must not play the story all the way thru
to the Bitter end..........[sometimes the bitter end of a baseball bat]
Thx

Hi Tinsel
The video seems to be private
Can you make it public please
Thanks
Laurent
Thank you for your interest, it would really be great to see even a black box video of your achievement Tinsel.
And you video as stated above is private so we can not view it yet.
Chet, thanks for giving us your attention. I follow your work and believe in you honest enthusiasm.
Woopy, thank you for the inspirations. You too ROCK!

So you are establishing priority?
And what is your Theory?
Once thought of selling an idea, nevermore. All this is open source. AND worth twice the price!
It should be mentioned that in Prof. Kanarev's version of E.I. Linevitch's design, he incorporates 2 electronically controlled clutches. Prof. Kanarev states that without these you cannot achieve overunity or violate Newton's 3rd Law.
