Well, as of February this year you can it seems.

There is this company that produces small solid state generators that require no input or maintenance and will steadily output up to 20kW of triphase 110v or 220v according to your wishes.

Want to lease a box? No problem.
Want to try one out for 25 days first? No problem.
Not satisfied? Return and get full refund.
Scales up from 3.5kW all the way to 20kW.
Delivery time 8 days world wide.
Cost < 3000 USD
5 years warrenty - 35 years maintenance free.

There is a contract to be signed where you state you may not tamper with or open the box AND you may not disclose the documentation that comes with it.

March 16, 2014: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjHv20VKVb8

Product catalog: http://neo.sx/catalogo.pdf
Prices and conditions 2014: http://neo.sx/tarifa-y-condiciones-2014.pdf
Corporate website: http://www.neo.sx
All in spanish - sorry.

From this site I can see one was delivered to an electric car company that has run 2000miles on a box already: http://www.elektromobily-os.cz/blog/2014/04/01/neo-generadores-v-praxi/

Unfortunate date for publication (April 1). Hrm.

But, from that invoice we can determine several things:

1) at least 971 units have been delivered since March 4.
2) Tesla Energy is mentioned on the invoice - this is a subsidiary of Tesla Motors (!) Could it be?

I have no idea who is behind this and where this company is located. I am trying to contact them and see if I can become a distributor for my area - who knows I might get a few 10kW demonstration units.

If anyone has experience with them, please do tell.
If anyone wants to order a box - please do tell, maybe we can all chip in and get one for the OU prize?

Nah - I do not think this has anything to do with Tesla's patents. (looking at the setup).

Interesting!   If they are in Spain there is a very sharp person on another energy forum who is in Spain.   I'll try contacting him to see if he knows anything about it and if not if he might be able to look into it.   The web site www.neo.sx does have a contact form.   I'd suggest writing up some questions and using Google translate to put them into Spanish (and let them know you are using Google as it's not always 100% perfect).    Seems free energy devices are finally coming out every where.   Let's hope this one is real.

Anyone can get a web site hosted anywhere as long as they have a way to pay for it.   Many web hosting services accept PayPal so it's easy to setup from anywhere.   Assuming they might want to keep their location off the radar this would be a good way to accomplish that - at least until they ship a unit.   Not saying they aren't where whois.com says they are but it is not good to assume.   Also there are protections built in to many web hosting services that alter the apparent location of a domain.   I know some one with a U.S. based web host and they are in the U.S.  but whois.com shows they are based in Australia because they use the 'protection' feature.

Well I have sent them a message (I am in Spain myself). No Google, I'm fluent in Spanish, Dutch, English, German and French. (lol)

Awesome.

I want two 10kW boxes, one for my house, the other for my electric car.

Now if only I had the money...:)

If you look at the prices http://neo.sx/tarifa-y-condiciones-2014.pdf , you will read the following condition:

-‐ El pago se realiza 60% al confirmer el pedido y 40% contra entrega.

-‐ El pago de la fianza se realiza cuando se firma el contrato.

-‐ La fianza se paga en el momento de realizer la gestión de envío.

A hardly understand any Spanish, but it seems to say that you have to pay 60% up front.

Least expensive option:

CUOTA MENSUAL $USD 55,40

IMPORTE annual $USD 665.--

FIANZA $USD 680.--

In sum 1400,40 , 60% is 840,24

Or you have to pay the "FIANZA" of 680.-- up front.

So you have to give this firm 840.-- or 680.-- before you get anything. Well, what will you get after having sent them 840.-- or 680.-- (or more if you want a more expensive option)?

Please try it and tell us about your experience.

Greetings, Conrad

Ok guys, forget it.   IT IS A SCAM. Ugh.

I found this video: http://vimeo.com/91089086

Someone actually went to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic for a demonstration recently and found out they are frauds. The "generators" most likely only contain a set of batteries in parrallel with a sine wave inverter. :(

Bummer.

What is the kicker is that there is an organization chart of neo.sx here: http://neo.sx/juntadirectiva.html
And guess what: they used public domain pictures for their management.

Here is the "president": http://es.123rf.com/search.php?word=5955324&imgtype=0&t_word=&t_lang=en
And here the "vice-president" center page right: http://aproni.org/site/index.php/conocenos/organigrama

Well shit! Looks like I have debunked my own thread.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS - DO NOT ORDER.

They now state due to systematic attacks and death threats that they are
releasing all details of construction for free to anyone who wants to build their own.   Documents include :
- 65 detailed technical drawings for construction of the matrix core.
- 46 electric and electronic schematics. (ALL THAT MAKE UP THE SYSTEM)
- 32 planes Annual Assembly operation of all components.
- 250 high resolution photographs showing in detail the internal parts.
- 35 videos (13 hours) of total length explaining in detail the operational assembly.
- 12 videos (7 hours) of  the total length explaining the construction of the core matrix.
-  65 technical drawings of the construction of the chassis and internal supports.
- Telephone contacts and addresses of all our material suppliers.

Generator is made to run 35 years.   Documentation provided on paper and on an 8GB USB pendrive.  Only catch is it costs about $25 U.S. dollars to have it delivered.   A bargain if it's for real.     I wouldn't consider this a closed case yet if the PTB are trying to debunk it the first thing they do is make it look like a scam.    I think we need someone in Spain to pay them a visit.    Or someone with a spare few bucks to get the plans.

What keeps them from putting all these documents on their web site and all the videos on YouTube? This would then be "for free to anyone".

The death threads are most likely from people who sent them money and did not get anything useful. And the systematic atacks are probably from the land lord who did not get rent for some time.

This scam is just too stupid, no style, just blunt.

Based on their statement that the documents would be sent out in paper and on an 8 gigabyte pendrive that tells me that they likely have between 4 gigabytes and 8 gigabytes of data to share.   That would be a prohibitively large download for anyone with a modem and even at DSL speeds can take many hours.   It's all speculation at this point though ....     But one well respected energy researcher in Spain will be trying to contact them and find out more.   I honestly don't expect this is real but I will do all I can to thoroughly check it out just as one would scientifically investigate an energy device I think it is good practice to thoroughly investigate any web site that claims to be selling free energy devices and to have open sourced their documents.
Also the OP didn't really give much info about why he decided it was a scam except a Spanish video which doesn't show much and his statement that 'someone told him it was fake after going to a demo in the Dominican Republic'.    I just need more than that.   For all we know the person telling him it was fake is part of the group of people who make sure none of this technology gets out to the public.
Best case scenario to verify if this is real or not is to have someone visit the company and get all the info they can.   If it's real they should allow tests to be done on site.

Agreed 100%

They are trying to milk every last bit out of this setup before they rinse and repeat.
