Ćagiewka Bumper it is very fresh problem
http://youtu.be/ZB4swOx4n-0
I was Engineer in EPAR I'm explaining here all ( NEW FACT )
it is very precission classical mechanic problem
Mass m and m are accelerating very very fast ( rotor in Lagiewka's bumper feel huge force in very short time hit and rotation )
m
i
i
x
i
i
m
Rotor mass m is constant
but Q is variable !
Nobody research before US in POLAND this AREA
m......X.........m
m=m but Q >Q or Q<Q I explaining below all ( it is DISCOVERY read slowly without nervous)

Hi Tesla2,
The EPAR is very impressive, thanks for sharing.
Have you tried mounting EPAR to magnets on a rotor to reduce cogging torque in a generator?
Maybe mount the magnets to a large circular gear, so it doesn't need to be reset.
It would be interesting to see if it could be used to redirect Lenz back into a useable force on the output or at least fed into a flywheel to aid the prime mover.
The movement would be quick every time the magnet pulls away from each coil it would want to pull back (based on load) forcing the gear backwards so a short movement into the multiplying gear train fed to the flywheel on a one way bearing.
An issue may arise where the magnets on the gear start to run counterclockwise or synchronize under a heavier load.
hmmm... have to think of it some more.
