The Universal Engine is a new discovery that will stop global warming by harnessing centripetal force and supply all the energy the world could use without any pollution.
we are offering FREE use for 2 years of this technology to the first 50 entities that notify the implementation of this technology.

Do they not know that global warming has been proven to be a hoax? Two times now?
Here in KY, it took me 2 days to shovel 2 foot drifts of global warming to get my car out. We got 12" of snow which is a record for this area. (2" brings this city to a stand still) The earth is cooler now than it was 10 years ago which is why they decided to re-name it "climate change".
If this is their marketing scheme, I already have my doubts about them.
Bill
That's pretty silly. Force isn't energy, peak power isn't energy, and the thing obviously cannot be self-looped or power a generator that powers the motor that drives it, or the inventor would have shown that system running like that.
It's a big, complicated flywheel, that's all.
Good luck trying to get one "for free". You will be the 52nd applicant, and the first 50 cannot be named, for privacy reasons, you see.
Besides, didn't we see something like this from some French claimants a few weeks ago?
QuoteTo achieve this we are offering FREE use for 2 years of this technology to the first 50 entities that notify the implementation of this technology.
This means, YOU build it and use it, and he won't charge you a "license fee" for the first two years. If you are one of the first 50 to do so, that is.
The whole thing is a big LOL.
"Patent pending"... but no patent application number? Big red flag. The phrase "patent pending" has specific legal meaning in the USA and also in Australia.

And if you go to the YouTube page of the video.... you see this:

So how about "notifying" us of someone actually "implementing the technology" .... the two years are nearly up....
Well lookie here. He actually DOES have two patents issued, the one filed in 2007 and issued the last week of 2009 actually reads like a self-driven perpetual motion machine! So where are the installed versions implementing this technology that has been around for five years already?

(Actually I can't figure out from that if a patent was actually granted or not, since it still says "Type: application".)
That's the video I want to see, and the people I want to contact. Who is using this to run their home for free? Is Geoffry?
I did send a query To Mr.Dansie , Geoff Leviny is also from Australia?
we shall see if this spinny thing has taken off anywhere ?
@ Bill
we are on track to set the coldest Month Ever recorded ,average 16 F [-8 C]

I feel for you Chet. Stay warm and be safe when driving.

Hmmm.... the Australian patent search site shows this:
http://pericles.ipaustralia.gov.au/ols/auspat/quickSearch.do
I can't find any actual granted patents for Leviny. The numbers on the Justia site return "no results" on the Australian patent search site, not even applications.
Can anyone find out for sure whether he actually has any _granted_ patents?
Ah, I see, the patent applications listed on Justia are US and WIPO applications, not Australian. No wonder.

I don't think these have actually been granted. If anyone knows differently, please speak up.
I found US Patent applications by this search:

Some of you might remember my dabbling in this subject in the double pendulum thread last year. I unfortunately did not go any further with this experiment because of many reasons but i did determine that there is a definite radial force component to the spinning pendulum that can be harnesed with one way bearings. i did buy some parts to modify my design to add a one way bearing and a separate output shaft and might pursue this when we get out of this deep freeze we are in.
whether this harvested centrifugal force from the rotating pendulum is usefull in adding to the output power of the prime mover has yet to be determined but From my experiment I believe there may be something to his design.
Vince
I remember your experiments on this Vince
If the established science cannot fully explain gravity then there may be a chance there's an effect that can be used to our advantage.
Looking forward to more on this
Thanks for starting the topic Chet

Hi Vince!, I all, I'm Italian so i apologize in advance for my non correct English
I had had the same idea for the motor and I thank you for sharing your experiences. I have a question to ask: Why do you use the one way clutch gear and not entrust the collection of the work to a DC generator with a bridge rectifier? I like this idea because the energy generated and the collection of it does not affect the primary movement and do not involve an extra effort. I had thought of a different assembly (i attach an explanatory drawing very rough that I was just doing lately). I think we can get a good result but must calculated and tried with different weights and different lengths of the arms properly coupled to the rotational speed in order to optimize the device, I thought especially for a good length of the arms combined with a movement not continuous but eventually made of synchronized pulses of the primary motor. I have not yet put anything into practice because I have technical difficulties and I'm not very good, I'll try to implement something, but at the moment I can not share anything concrete unfortunately. I gladly follow closely future developments
