The device is really simple to build, with a few dollars; illuminator infrared cameras send the IR radiation in the cylinder with the air and the light is trapped between the mirror and the half-silvered mirror, warming the air ...
Anyone can build it ....

Hi seems to be a simple but good idea. Have you make some demo of this idea ? I wonder how it will be the yield :)
Maybe in future when i have a bit time i try to make a small demo.

The main problem is the half-silvered mirror;
on the one hand it must allow all the IR radiation to enter, while on the other side must
inside reflect most of the radiation;
I believe that the famous spy mirrors commerce have many losses ...

As there is not yet an ideal mirror for my equipment,
