Title: PLASMA BALL AND TESLA PANCAKE COIL VIDEO

Here is the video  How do I bump the hi voltage output down to 12 or 13 volts DC in a very simple manner without killing current.    All help appreciated.

Run the A.C. trough a 240 to 12 volt transformer, then through the Diode Bridge. Would a second coil double the output?
