Of course they confiscated all of his papers. The Manhattan Project to develop nuclear weapons was started in 1939, Tesla died in 1943 while WW II was still raging, and the nuclear weapons were detonated over Japan in 1945.
Tesla talked about many fantastic (for that day) weapons in his later years. "They" haven't kept his work secret for all this time. "They" have developed it. Look at the work of John G. Trump, Donald Trump's uncle. He was one of the scientists that examined Tesla's papers for the government and said they were worthless. Not too much later, however, he made some breakthroughs.
I'm not sure about lasers but I'm pretty sure masers, the predecessor to the laser, and particle beam weapons were developed from Tesla's work. Who knows what else?
We now see press releases about shooting down drones with truck mounted lasers and there is a system (either maser, laser, or particle beam) mounted in a large aircraft for taking out missiles in flight, and ship mounted hypersonic kinetic energy weapons. If we are being allowed to see these developments, what is still hidden? Remember Aurora? I haven't seen anything about that lately but there is pretty clear evidence it's real.
IMO, the best part of that video was that it ended.
