Many things not easy to perform , are easy to draw on paper...some designs difficult to imagine , are easy to perform.

Very interesting. I've seen centrifugal force used before to float a device. It takes a unique configuration to get it to work but I do believe this is another technology that has either been suppressed or hasn't been explored as it needs to be.
I must be missing something because the description is not actually describing how it is achieving centrifugal force in only one direction.
Just because the liquid is maintained at the top of the wheel does not indicate it is moving to cause any centrifugal force.
