I am interested in experimenting with anti-gravity propulsion ideas which are mentioned in the Subquantum Kinetics physics theory, and I need a high-k dielectric material that I can place between two high-voltage pulsed power plates.
I have only found suppliers of powdered ceramics which seems unlikely to generate the effect I'm looking for.
Does anyone know of any suppliers of solid (not powder) Calcium Copper Titanate objects, like plates or discs?
Any other high-k (preferably at least 1000) dielectric would probably do.
