I'd like to see what his left hand is doing during the demonstration and also what is under the box he has the fan sitting on.
If I had to guess there is a coil assembly underneath that stuff and he is adjusting a pot to change the speed.
I say this because if this were a legitimate magnet motor demonstration, every elementary school kid would already be doing this demonstration just to satisfy their curiosity. As well as showing their parents how dumb it is to put batteries in devices that have motors.

He made 5 different videos doing his thing. Watch all 5 Both hands are visible in one.
All his units have an odd number of magnets including this disk and both the 7 blade and 5 blade fans. Large magnet must have widespread field to penetrate all others. IMO smaller magnets are flat axially polarized neodyms wrapped into permalloy or Metglas foil.

I can't speak to whether this is a scam or not, but I note that fan kits are available for sale at http://www.r-charge.net/kits.html. That might be a good place to start.
No Sorry, this is not overunity. This is called a "hand magnet" because he is touching the actuator magnet. The magnets are
getting their energy from his muscles and nervous system. A humans nervous system is a servo actuator with a finite signal
bandwidth. It obeys the same mathematics as a mechanical servo system. This means you can only act within a certain
precision and there is inevitable small shaking that you will not be sensitive to. Try attaching the big magnet to something and
holding it in vice, the fan will not turn because it has no energy. So it is real and he and his lunch is turning it.

Negative. (T)His generator runs even with magnet laying on the floor. Check the vids.

How right you are. Especially when you can edit out the sound and add a different sound track so you don't hear the air blowing. ;)
Last video is filmed under the glass. Of course it can be still faked - but just at this forum it would be more productive to think, what we can actually see there.
If you try to build it you will soon realize it is a fake. Magnets don't work that way. A lot of us have been doing this kind of thing for a few years now and have seen all kinds of fakes. This is one of them.

He made one using a CD case and CD with the same magnets he claims to have made himself, (By which I mean he made the 'shielding' for the magnets to direct the flow of the magnetic field) and it looks pretty convincing.
I read through the comments and it seems he isn't allowed to tell anyone how he made his special magnets, so even if it is a real device I don't think it is of any use. Unless someone can recreate his magnets?
Someone in the comments suggested it was magnetic putty in a case as when you reverse the polarity of the big magnet he uses, it doesn't change the direction of the fan.
It's not apparently only magnets - they're covered with some material, like the permalloy - which would shortcut the magnetic circuit of small magnets until large magnet wouldn't saturate it. Did someone of you tested such a combination already?

Another demo of "magnetic resonator" of the same guy. This time probably utilizes hidden battery even inside the LED bulb. It's not so difficult to insert such a battery into light bulb too - there is lotta space at the bottom, as Feynman once said ingeniously. But the voltage drop along spiral looks intriguing.
