Title: Measure a low turns coil
Post by: antimony on November 15, 2016, 04:35:46 AM
Hi, i have a LCR-meter (Uni-t UT611) that i have had and used without any problems until now. I have would a bell shaped ferrite core like the Lithuania crew has specified that it should be wound, and when i try to measure some of the windings, not just on this one, the meter doesn´t pick up anything and in other cases just jumps between a bunch of different values.

I think this may be becouse of that when you try to measure windings that had few turns, it hasn´t that capability.

Is there another way of doing this with some equation, and oscilloscope or some other solution?
