Mr. Hartmann,
How can I receive a daily message digest as this was a standard function of the Yahoogroups.com??
This is due to my job condition which does not allow me to visit this site daily and read through all the topics.
Thanks, moderator!

Hi Aaron,
when you logon with your username and password you habe at the top
inside the USER INFO box:
Show unread posts since last visit.
Show new replies to your posts.
So it is worth to register over here and it always shows you the
new postings.
I hope this helps.
Okay, this is not an email list, but just a PHP based
forum and thus has not the same functions as the Yahoogroups,
but does not annoy us with Spam and adds anymore and we can
also upload directly pictures and attachments over here.
So I think it is the right way to go and also if you have a flatrate for
your mobile phone you can also access this site directly via WAP or I-Mode.
In the next release of the forum software there will even be much more
functions and it is not too far away to be released. There is already a beta
for registered users.
But I will wait, until it is stable and released.
Then you can also send easily from the mobile phone personal messages to
other users via the forum !
Regads, Stefan
I had another look at all the new functions over here.
Aaron you can set this at your profile settings, so you can get notifies:
SMF allows you to be notified of replies to posts, newly posted topics,
and forum announcements. You can change those settings here,
or oversee the topics and boards you are currently being receiving notifications for.
Receive forum announcements and important notifications by email.
Receive reply notification only for the first unread reply.
Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic.
Current Topic Notifications
You are not currently receiving any notifications from topics.
To receive notifications from a topic, click the "notify" button while viewing it.
Current Board Notifications
You aren't receiving notifications on any boards right now.
To request notifications from a specific board, click the "notify" button in the index of that board.
=====================
So have a look at this and make the settings as you like in your profil !
Also you can turn on the Quick Reply form, so you can just type in a fast answer to any
topic.
Regards, Stefan.
My business here has gotten so intensive that I just set up a highly copy and pasted typed guide to help keep track of postings.
Aloha, Charlie
Edit insertion: In testing these few days it seems to help.
