Every pancake coil have aluminium foil, both sides, what do you think about EDDY CURRENTS...? what happens with the eddy currents...?
i try with other coils, other similar pancake coils without aluminium foil, and the results are different in many ways, i think the eddy currents goes  to the metallic inductors...!

Great if you could measure the power, and also the initial energy of the supercapacitors. But the current and voltage traces of the pancake coil were by itself interesting to see, pancake coil is such a weird thing.
