Hyperspace Torque Generator (John St Clair):

Interesting, but the generators which must be kept in hands look impractical for me...;-)
Other than that, I can see similarity in materials which are able to generate and radiate scalar waves (like the superconductors and topological insulators) and neural network of human body. In both cases the electric charge is mediated along narrow channels (hole stripes at the case of supeconductors and axion filaments at the case of human body). In dense aether model (http://overunity.com/dense-aether-model-and-scalar-wave-physics) the charged particles constrained in their motion in one or two dimensions exhibit behavior of Dirac/Weyl/Majorana fermions, which are able to intercept scalar/longitudinal waves of vacuum instead of these normal, transverse ones. This mechanism would make the human body particularly susceptible for scalar waves and these waves could affect its neural activity, for example. This was documented even with Nicola Tesla during his first observations (http://nrgnair.com/MPT/zdi_tech/tesla/common/radiant/TRE1.htm) of scalar waves as a thrilling and needle-pinching sensation. It could also induce hallucinations and loses of perception of time (Philadelphia experiment).
At more wild level of speculations we could guess, that the particularly trained individuals have not only ability to detect scalar waves, but they could even generate/radiate them (Chi energy). In Podkletnov (https://arxiv.org/abs/1312.0958)/Poher experiments (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eVK3bMNEELA) the scalar wave beams exhibited mechanical properties at large distance, which would give a physical meaning to various esoteric phenomena like the telekinesis. These beams were generated just by high voltage pulse into a superconductor layers - you can see at the video, how they splash the water surface at distance.
But the most trivial explanation of the above patent subject would be, that the prolonged convulsive handling of heavy crystal ball in hands induces a spasm and vibration of muscles, which would move the ball even without any esoteric mechanism. At any case, it's remarkable what the US patent agency is already willing to accept.
