Now I have been studying these alternative energies for almost year now. I have read many MANY documents and I have come to this conclusion, that using unshielded spark gaps will make you insane.
1. You are probably missing some teeth
2. You write your sentences so, that almost every other word is in full caps like "the wave enter as SOLITON to the coil and ZPE emanates from the core with COLD energy like GOD intended you to SEE, not hear. Beware of any GREEN crystals, because they will start TIME travel like they did in Philadelphia EXPERIMENT. A COIL IS OU in itself!"
3. You rant and rant endlessly mixing all things from caps to god and all terms related to free energy and at the end you say "I cannot put this in a more simple way"

I think you have just described the definition of the secret American and world governments and political rulers who expect normal people to fund their insane ideas !

From this was derived the divide and conquer military strategies,
the bipartisan political system, gang rivalry, and dual-class economic structures.
Pit the people against one another in discussion or conflict.
This enables the rulers to manipulate both sides of the playing field without having to
be directly involved in either side of the issues.
To any given populous, this promotes stagnation, breeds corruption, and inhibits growth.
The only balance against this is an odd number of equal divisions.
Monarchy, Triarchy, Pentarchy, etc.
This enables a true representation of the populous, and balanced discussion of social topics.
Having an odd number disseminates the dividing lines, and prevents impass by equal division.

And leaves room for alternative opinion and growth.
But with this opportunity comes a weakening of the control structure, and a constantly
evolving group of rulers. (Monarchy's excluded)
