Basically, it seems possible if this is correctly attached to a lightweight turntable, it might be fully perpetual as it seems to create VERY, UNUSUALLY STRONG GENUINE TORQUE FROM REST.

Already it seems to climb the angle of a hand and recover all energy spent! Very very exceptional and hard to explain properties.....
