You mentioned in the video about the type of metal in the spoon - most spoons like that are a type of stainless steel - also why it's not magnetic. Fairly rare to see any aluminum in spoons. Aluminum in spoons and pans have become hard to find when the correlation between aluminum use in cookware and Alzheimer's (and similar diseases) was found.
