Post by: stevensrd1 on February 16, 2019, 09:36:28 AM
Froze a water battery to see its output when frozen. Was around 0.33 fully frozen then climbed fast. Waited about an hour still frozen but water around the outside and the voltage was at 1.65 volts. video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UF55ktZXI6M  (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UF55ktZXI6M)oddly checked voltage again about tem mins after this video, voltage is at 1.71 volts,,maybe something odd about the ice interacting with it,,maybe not. Dont recall the voltage ever being that high before, prob lose it again as it all melts to around something like 1.35 volts or there abouts.

What do you name "water battery"? Pure water doesn't conduct electricity.
