With appropriate charger technology : 2028  each " free DC electric current" battery KWh capacity : < 1 USD. ?
Taking the  2018 100 USD/kWh battery price and dividing with the " free DC electric current" compression divisor/vice-versa expanding factor the "free DC current KWh storage" price 2020 : 5 USD/KWh

Understanding the charging method gives 95 USD per KWh price decline, the previewed to 2028  battery price decline only more 4+ USD advantage. !
