Title: This Heating Tech Breaks the Laws of Physics
Post by: NdaClouDzzz on April 22, 2021, 08:05:55 AM
For those struggling with understanding the theory behind devices like Don Smith's AMBIENT ENERGY GENERATOR (https://overunity.com/18282/a-king-21-build-discussion-investigation/msg536914/#msg536914 (https://overunity.com/18282/a-king-21-build-discussion-investigation/msg536914/#msg536914)), the explanation in the following video on how a heat pump can give you 5kw worth of heat for 1kw of electrical input will aid greatly in your understanding: https://youtu.be/moQapzjjmQM (https://youtu.be/moQapzjjmQM)

You mean that this information helps to understand this input/output performance (?):

Understanding the heat pump process should allow folks to understand how devices like Don Smith's ambient energy generator can give more energy/power out than what is put in, as the concept (?) of operation is similar; that is, neither device GENERATES anything, they merely HARVEST/PUMP heat/electrical energy from the ambient background (the environment). Don Smith's AMBIENT ENERGY GENERATOR should thus be called
AMBIENT ENERGY PUMP.

This means that the Carnot cycle is an idealization, since no real engine processes are reversible and all real physical processes involve some increase in entropy.
