Magnetic force neutralization method .... a rewrite
In the attached drawings, the peak forces are out of synchronization.
A significant percentage of neutralization will occur in terms of the net
amount of work done.
but not a total cancellation...

Or rather, even though the energy expenditure against magnetic forces is a net zero,
still it remains, that there are two sticky spots. Two equal bumps, one lag and one push.

If the force to distance curves, of both of the two ATTRACTION interactions were
reshaped into a constant force over increased travel distances (trade force for
distance via continuously shifting leverage), then a complete force neutralization
can be achieved.

A complete neutralization with also, the sticky spots removed.

In another type of magnet interactions, in which the goal is to balance attractions
with repulsions.
Force to distance curve, peak locations (entrance and exit), of both of the attraction interaction and the repulsion may nearly match, and then also, a degree of force neutralization can be achieved.
However
When both magnet sets are at a given, same, NEAR distance, the force present in
ATTRACTIION will be greater than the force that would be present present if the
magnet polarities are arranged to cause repelling. A complete cancellation of the
energy will not be possible, unless more powerful magnets are used in the repelling
magnet set than in the attracting magnet set.
Also
When both magnet sets are at a given, same, FAR distance, the force present in
REPULSION will be greater than the force present as attraction. A complete cancellation
of the energy will not be possible, unless more powerful magnets are used in the
attracting magnet set than in the repelling magnet set.
At near distances, attraction is greater than repulsion (at a given same near distance.
At far distances, repulsion is greater than attraction (at a given same far distance.
When all magnets used in the magnet sets are IDENTICAL, there is a RANGE of distance
in which attraction and repulsion are PRACTICLLY equal.
edit/addition 3
Although not ilustrated here in.
A force balance between a given attracting magnet set interaction and a given repelling
repelling magnet set interaction can also be achieved by using a different distance between
the two magnets in the attracting set than is used in the repelling magnet set.
end of edit/addition 3
Finally..
After several modifcations to the drawings and a text rewrite.
its good.
