We see a toroid coil split in the middle in two places intersecting another coil going horizontally across the toroid with few caps and another coil with apparently 3 turns going through the toroid just like in Otto's 'replication' of TPU.
He's getting almost 4V with no load connected.
Now, skeptics will say he is just picking up radio waves, but is it so. Don't think so.

Otto did not demonstrate definite OU and even if he did it was low power but still, this wire through the primary is seen is some Kapandaze replications as well, for example Andrey from Russia.
