Title: Magnetic Wings!

Thin steel strips placed on a magnetic pole repel each other since they carry same kind of flux.  When opposite pole is brought beneath them they straighten up and get attracted towards bottom pole.   So by moving the bottom pole beneath and away, the strips can be made to oscillate like wings.  It is same as the repulsion of leaves in electroscope due to same kind of electric charge.

By fixing some kind of lever mechanism on strips can we get overunity from the setup?

480P video against the incoming light in a dark-ish room, not too easy to see what's going on...

You're moving a big magnet to move small wings. Do you want them to drive an ornithocopter, or only switch between wing positions?
With magnets with can make anything move, and with good overunity we can make anything fly.
It's a fun way to make an actuator, but for flight the wings would also be dealing with significant torque right at the pivot point.
