Ok Guys, This is not a bragging session at all, But I have honestly put the finishing touches on a 12 Year project and can now safely say without any doubt, PERPETUAL MOTION CAN AND DOES ACTUALLY EXIST!!!!! I have been following this forum for a long time and can say that many, many times I have been ready to quit and then I'll read someone's nerve calming statements, and I draw a deep breath and simply continue on. Now, this device is somewhat similar in concept to E.L.S.A. from Jon Herring, but operates somewhat differently. I can tell you also that I will not be a hoarder of technology, That is why I have come out here on a public network seeking the advice of my peers. Please give me some honest feedback on how to proceed so that, not only will anyone be able to duplicate the results, But also so that THE MAN doesn't try to kill it or me!! Of course it would be great to be recognized, But free energy for the planet is my Primary Focus. As soon as I get some honest discussions going on, I will post Video of the machine running and be prepared to release technical specs. I will say this right now. My table top prototype stands approx 30" tall and 12" round. It can be stalled by hand, then when released, immeidiatly it returns to operating speed. Energy output at this scale is approx 3.5 watts, but can absolutly be scaled infinatly. I'm sorry, getting ahead of myself. What I would do prior to disclosing is make a copy of all of the documents. Keep the copies and drop the originals in a package and ask your lawyer to hang on to them for you. You don't need to even tell him what is in the package. Once he accepts them they should be time stamped to prove when he received them. This should/might stop anyone else from patenting your device. You need to be aware that minor changes to the original design may not stop someone else from running with it but...
Once this is done, post it to as many sites as you can think of. Email, Snail Mail, YouTube, Local papers ...... Just get it out all over the place. You could even keep yourself unknown until some replications are made. Once it is proven and there are others out there with working devices, it will be of no use for the MIB to visit you.

1) Don't annouce it works...
2) get other members to replicate and confirm results...
3) give plans and specs out for free and encourage spreading it.
You may not make millions but at least the technology will be open source!
Those who make money get squashed (steve marks/tesla), those who hold out for more money get squashed (stan myers), those who hide details get squasher (stan myers), those who get world patents get squashed (to many to list). Only the people who give things away come away without a scratch, but notice there are none of those people to mention... Everyone fails against the greed... Thats why the SM TPU thread resembles a set of encyclopedias. No one ever discolses anything useful or we wouldn't be having this conversation.

Perpetual motion does not have to produce any watts at all for it to be perpetual motion. The fact that the device can move continuously without any outer force is in itself a great accomplishment for anyone to achieve. The offshoot of this new movement can lead to so many other new movements, designs and devices, so don't worry about watts.
Your video should show the device isolated from any walls or any other connections going out or in. If on a table, it should be clearly shown that nothing is beneath the table. If on the floor, try and put it on a stand to lift it a bit off the floor ans show in your video that there is nothing underneath. Try and make your video with the viewers perspective and consider the viewer to be a 7 year old. Don't get to complicated as first impressions are important.
You can put a populary known object beside the device to give it some dimensional perspective. Try and get lighting of the object to achieve minimal shadows. Always ask yourself, is the video clear enough. When you are satisfied with the vision you are trying to introduce, we will appreciate your disclosure. Oh yeh, give your device a name, one or two maximum three words that best describes it.
If you want to register the time and date, just make a copy of your design and go to the post office and mail it to yourself by registered mail (you have to sign for it). The post stamp date is all you will need. Just keep the envelope in a safe place but don't ever open it.
Maybe lastly, try and have some good drawings available to show how to build it, otherwise you will be blasted with millions of questions. Try and make the explanation as precise and complete as possible so as to minimize any potential misunderstandings of how and why it works.
Some here will want to know the mathematical basis, but don't worry about that if you do not have the answers.
Please posta convincing video with speaking to it and telling how
it works and what the parts are and upload it all over the Internet.

yes the key here is to mass Open Source this project (with actual real life open source videos/pictures/parts...etc) as much as possible.

Personally I would not have spoken to the public about such a thing unless I had full replication plans to post immediately along with it. In fact I would first post the plans and after that say what it is. Because that way 'it can't be stopped'. You on the other hand have now made yourself vulnerable, (I?m speaking in a paranoid sense.) You can be stopped now before the world has the plans. 99.9% certain all will be fine though. So my advice is, release the info and do it quickly, and completely. Has to be complete and understandable. You don't want 100 people to build it from sloppy plans and be called a fraud because due to the sloppy plans they could not get it to work. This phase is critical.

The second idea will not work, I reckon. To prevent others patenting,
you need to disclose your invention.

Dear Informaniac, hey if your device is as good as your name, it has to be brilliant.You have already sussed that open sourcing is the way to go . Speed is of the essence. First establish copyright as previosly described.Once you have done that, why not apply for one or more of the free energy prizes, including 1,000,000 dollars from the James Randi Educational Foundation. You can still own it afterwards, and if you dont want the money, give it Oxfam or the charity of your choice. But get a move on, some of us cant wait to rerplicate it. I have thought about this before and must admit it all depends if you want money or you want to share as opensource. If making money is your motive then go for it, but be carefull not to get it supressed such as others over history. Some good advise has been given here from the other members regards copyright etc etc
If you just wanted to get it public, but without you being tracked down and hushed before handing out the info. (Paranoid mode is good by the way, it is all right people saying it is old folk law and men in black do exist, but if they do then it your life that is gonna be effected, so play safe just in case)
To hand out the info you do not need to make it public, contact on PM regular members on these forums with the plan and agreement to make a working unit, then agree on the same day for all say 10 or 20 of you to release the info along with pictures and videos of working devices to the public, all declaring that they discovered the effect. Then after it is out, your claim to fame will emerge if that is indeed you what you desire, or your anonymous status again would stay if you wished.
Look forward to the details and hope this is just not another scam as so many before.

But, what if you filed for your patent, which gives you maybe 2 years of Pat Pending protection,while you wait for that,disclose all your plans to the community, since you are first to file, no one could steal your filing date.
Then maybe seek investment capital to manufacture devices. Get them on the open market, quickly, cheaply, Abundantly, and above all, be sure to give some devices away to those in real need. ;)
I think doing this with the right perspective, the Lord will bless you. After all, you didn't create anything, you simply were given the insight to properly align forces. I hope you do the right thing. 8)

I believe Dr. Tom Bearden mentioned that US Patents have a provision which, I believe, was called a "March-in Right", or something close to that. The "bottom line" is that that provision apparently allows the US-government to take/use/suppress any patent/development/concept based on "National Security." (Has anyone found the definition in US Law for "National Security"?) So, given the above is correct, I'd suggest being careful about any US Patent, as a minimum.

I am going to stay 1000 miles away from the USPTO and post all my findings, drawings, specs and videos here and everywhere I can find places to post. So, Please forward as many community forum links as you know of and I will begin posting material as I get it organized, scanned and uploaded. I'm working on a display stand that will allow me to shoot the videos with no shadows, cloths, cords, wires or anything else to make anything look questionable. I just hope that this information rush can get around fast enough that it cannot be stopped. Your'e going to be pleasantly surprised by the simplicity of this design. I know you have decided to to stay away from the patent office anyway, but I just wanted to add something I learned a long time ago... A difference between UK and USA patents.
In the UK a patent APPLICATION is PUBLIC information once it has been submitted, even before it has been approved.
In the USA a patent is NOT PUBLIC information until AFTER it has been issued. The application is classified information and the reason for this is that ALL patents go through the Department of Naval Intelligence as well as the patent office. This is so they can screen all the patents and keep your patent out of the system and take it away from you before it gets to the public if they feel they need to. The excuse here is that they like to evaluate things that may be of better use in the defence of the country, but I guess there is more to it than that!

Randi will pay you (if he can) if you show him a 'something out of nothing device' this does not exist. Even free energy devices get their energy from 'something' like magnets or ether. And that source is 'free'. Hence 'Free energy device' So even when you have a working Steven Mark system or a permanent magnet motor. It still has it's source or 'fuell' So it's not a 'something out of nothing device' So you did not meet Randi's criteria and he won't pay. But in the mean time you did 'expose yourself'

Your job, then, is to make that happen as soon as possible.
First most important thing- parts list including dimensions, sources, and tools.
Second is the video. Because YouTube video is low quality and resolution, a series of high-res digital camera photos can fill in the details. (upload to www.imageshack.us)
If possible, the video should start with it running. View from all angles, get in close to the tricky parts, etc. Then stop it and let it restart itself. Then stop it again, and start taking it apart piece by piece (Assuming you have assembled it in such a way that this is possible. I have no idea if this is the case.) Show each piece to the camera. Continue until you've taken it apart as much as it will come apart. Then put it back together and show it starting to run again.
Another idea for widely dispersing plans- put all the files in a ZIP archive and share it on various filesharing networks- Gnutella, BitTorrent, and eMule. Once enough people are sharing copies of the file, no one will be able to get rid of it.

James Randi is a one of those people that will never be convinced because he goes along with human logic and is very closed towards anything that falls outside his frameset.
Even if someone placed a PMM in front of him, he would find a way of re-producing the effect with a magicians slant, that is his job and that is what he does best.
He and his crew are after a 100% explanation and like I said if the PMM placed in front of him could not be explained 100% with regards know laws of Physics then you would not get the prize.
His tests are very clear cut if you read up on them, you get one chance and only one chance.
But hey he is needed for a balance, as it only makes things stronger when it gets achieved, but I would not even contenplate him as being an Authority in any area.

Yep... Old Bill Mahess is still on my inventors shit list. No stop watch needed here, he gave us the time line, then the guy just buggered off and never returned. I've got sketches, drawings and data from the last decade scattered across my home and office. I'm attempting,(with my limited time and resources), to assemble and compile complete info to disburse with the pics and video. I suppose my real crime here was saying anything at all until all this was acomplished. I guess I got overly excited about actually having a real working model!!!, Do any of you?? Please forgive me if I have jumped the gun. But I do ask you to ask yourself, How would you have reacted the first time you witnessed real OU?? ??? I want everyone in the world to see it, but I will not just throw it to the wind without making damn sure that it will not be shelved or stymied. I have been monitoring and truly appreciate the honest comments of many of you, Regardless of wether or not you chose to beleive me, you will see this technology plastered all over world very soon, and that's a promise ;D
No offense really, but we know nothing about how/why your device works... Only a claim of overunity. Perhaps if we had more info on what you have built, then the "working theory" arguments could start... LOL! Then people could start bugging you for more exact details for replication. As of now though you skipped the first three steps to release, so people assume you're pulling their chain and wasting time.
As for accusations of "scamming"... I believe that would require you asking for money first, so I would ignore those who assume you're out to rip someone off. Its pretty obvious they don't even understand how a scam works.
Good luck on your data compilation, and for future situations I would suggest photos and a description, then make your efficiency claim, then you release replication details. The only other way to do it right is to release all three of those steps at once, but just doing step two and leaving it un-backed by evidence or a replication challenge for weeks is "device suicide". It quickly leaves you looking like you're scrambling to whip something together or don't have anything to share at all. I assume that is not the case here...
I do hope you plan on further releasing details and photos or anything verifiable. Only then can the real minds behind this site get to work on verifying and replicating your experiments.

so as we had many inventors before as you, who promised something

waiting anxiously for you to come back.

Here's something to think about-
CNN said Iran may block Saudi oil on ships with mines and blow the only two pipelines in the area, add development of nuclear weapons and you get what I knew 3 years ago. The US is going into Iran and they will use any excuse to do so, they have already killed 700,000 iraqi civilians so whats a few more casualties of war.
My point here is that the window to introduce a new OU technology is getting smaller by the minute, we all know this, the American government is posturing itself to control the last remaining oil reserves and at some point they will piss off the wrong people and I would think the weapon of choice will be nukes on american soil at which point all hell breaks loose. They have killed to many people, have too much invested in the middle east to have there plan go up in smoke because little johnny built a OU machine in his garage. If you want to make a difference before it's too late you need to open source it NOW, the guesstimates I have heard is that we have 2 years left in a five year window of opportunity after which it doesn't really matter what you do.

When I knew about Steorn's challenge I thought that finally TPTB had lifted the supression, but the only way that was possible, is because it does not matter any more for them to keep the supression, as events ahead wont allow anything of this to be completed.
I hope I'm wrong, but can't help to see everything converging to the same conclusion, we are for a harsh ride ahead.

I think earth is going through it's usual shift as it has done every so many 10000's of years and having a good cleanout. The problem this time round is that man has added a little bit too much and it is going to make it a bumpy ride, rather than a smooth one.
Be interesting to see what happens if the poles flip again like they have before and also what degreee they will flip.
Regards 2012 and the Mayan Calendar, lots of people have stated that the time period is out and indeed 2006-2008 is more likely, but I do not see this as the end of the world, I personaly think if anything it is just going to be a shift, a new start, a change and if the planet has to jerk and throw a few things out of balance to achieve it then hold on tight!!.
It does not mean what people are doing in the world of OU investigation is not valid or not quick enough, it is the intent that is the big plus here, not only for the person with the intent but also the vibration level that people get effected by that intent.
Okay back to logical thinking this end, but hey nothing wrong with mixing a bit of spirituality in with mad science!!!

In another thread I had mentioned that I had just finished reading "the energy evolution" by callum coats on Victor Schauberger. You guys have got to read this, Its everything I was hoping it would be. His terminology is cryptic at times, but you can easily get the drift of what he was doing.
Here are some very interesting things that fall in line with conventional science, that you won't normally find in a textbook.
Outgassing:
-water vapor in air will spontaneously release CO2 and O2 under conditions of low pressure/high temperature increasing it's volume
-water vapor in air will absorb CO2 and O2 under conditions of high pressure/low temperature decreasing it's volume

-so outgassing coupled to other effects has tremendous power
Charge Seperation:
-Like charges repell(- -) unlike charges attract(- +)
- the atmosphere has a (+) charge growing by 100 volts per meter vertically, the ground has a (-) charge
-water vapor from a nozzle pushed through a charged ring can produce over 20,000 volts - (see Lord Kelvin water drop static generator)
- If water vapor/air with high negative charge moves through a pipe in a swirling motion, and the pipe has a high negative charge then there is no frition because the center flow repells from the pipe- thus no boundary layer interactions especially if the flow is cooled reducing its volume as it moves(centripital inward flow)
- If a vortex of cold (+) charged air/water vapor under centrifugal pressure has a flow of warm (-) charged air/water vapor enter from below into the low pressure core, the core will implode and outgass simultaneously producing an upward flow and suction at the base of the vortex, the opposite charges of outer vortex and core will produce an inward centripital motion, centripital motion=increased outer vortex velocity
- In water(H2O) Oxygen has a (-) charge and 4 electrons, 2 of these electrons are paired to two Hydrogen atoms of (+) charge. The two unpaired electrons of the Oxygen atom will turn the H2O molecule to face any (+) charge.
-Under extreme conditions(centripital motion/thermal gradient/charged state) it is possible that Hydrogen could disassociate from the H2O molecule, Hydrogen (+) would move to the (-) vortex core and upwards with extreme velocity, Oxygen (-) would accelerate downward the the outer vortex.
O- Oxygen= pressure force-seperation actuates centripital force
O- transverse potential=electricity
H- Hydrogen=suction force-combination actuates centrifugal force
H- longitudinal potential=magnetism
Im just starting to piece this process together after reading the book, there are so many things happening in a simple spinning column of air, so the learning curve is insane. At this point I have no doubt Victor had a self-runner, as Victor said " Do the opposite of what we do today" and you will be on your way.
