I'm seeing a lot of stuff blacked out there at the second link.  Is the site a work in progress or has it been censored?

Not having been into the whole free energy thing for long, I wonder if the amount of groups who seem to be coming up with the goods now is a new thing.  Do these sort of things come and go all the time?  If not, it looks like we might end up with a few different energy systems/technologies to choose from.  Imagine that, more free energy devices than we know what to do with.  It might even keep prices down and prevent exploitative monopolization.  Kind of like electricity at the turn of the 20th century, only better.

I consider "magnetic shielding" itself is a great thing that would make many permanent magnet motors work, however not a word about it.

The presented unit it said to be 5KW Electricity Generator, but I don't see where you could hook the load. Is it AC or DC?

It is mentiond Lee-Tseung with his theory (?) - mentioned also in Steorn forum page.
Anyone has more details on this guy? It looks to me, if this generator is real, it's an implementation based on Lee-Tseung's theory.
However, it looks Tsing Hua University has some if not many accomplshments in the area.

Also if is true that Wang Shum Ho is having a brain tumor, then his explicit will to release the knowledge because is not interested in any money, is boldly ignored. Mainly from Lawrence Tseung which is interested in marketing his saucer.
I can't believe he chose to present the sad story in hollywoodian style just to market the product.

I hope this is just my unfair assesment due to cultural misunderstanding. If so, Mr.  Tseung, please do the right thing, then please accept my apologies.

I see two problems here:

From the picture of the stator, this appears to be based on one of the oldest most obvious unworkable magnetic perpetual motion devices- a ring of magnets all angled the same way (like a sawtooth) in the hopes of pushing the opposing rotor magnet in one direction.

No. Not Gonna Happen.

Second, it makes the all-too-common mistake of proposing "magnetic shields" as its magical deus ex machina.

O RLY?

All a magnetic shield does is "absorb" the lines of force- creating a dragging effect when you want to pull the magnet
away from it, and that neatly cancels out whatever benefit you were hoping to get by using the shield.
There is no such thing as a north-pole-only magnet, either literally or in practical effect.

And then there is the business with the upside-down stool and the bowl of water, which seems like a complete non sequitir (red herring?) and in addition to having nothing to do with the operation of the device as pictured- just plain makes no sense.

I've contacted Mr. Wang, asking for building descriptions or a working model, not for free of course. I received a chinese response, with chinese attachments. The mail reads (translated with google translate):

No, he said it is not produced, not manufactured.
BTW, he told me he can give me the full documentation for 20 000 USD only. But he didn't have any prototype.

The correct Official Chinese Name is Wang Shen He. 

His work was at one time funded by the Chinese Government and classified.  Apparently, the situation has changed.  He is getting a team to promote the technology.

I am particularly interested in his Electric Car.  I shall have a chance to drive it when I go back to China in a few weeks/months.

Attached are some of the inventions based on his technology.  His technology is based on a coupling of two systems - ferro liquid rotation and shielded magnet rotation.  It needs to have high engineering precision and resonance matching.  I don't think the average forum memeber working on his kitchen table has the tools to replicate it.
