There has beeen Significant increase in volt and ampere,
Little Modification On the circuit :
1. MJL transistor replace with 13009
2. 3440 TRansistor Replace with MJE 13003
3. Opto HD11 replace with PC 817
4. Capacitor 10.000 Micro farad...

maybe frekwensi is low from astable calculator with 47 Uf Cap + 80 kilo om resistor + 330 ohm resistor is about 0.381 herts, duration 2.67 Second...
